Norman

Founder & Builder at Simplegarden (for elderly people)

Norman is the founder of Simplegarden (for elderly people), a personal project with a mission: to create systems that ease the daily challenges of elderly people — starting small, aiming big. Norret, meanwhile, is his creative side project that may one day blossom into something even bigger.

With roots in both Dutch structure and Estonian depth, Norman blends discipline with introspection. His worldview is shaped by personal growth principles, especially those found in The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, which continue to guide his decisions and direction.

Norman is energized by people who think differently — entrepreneurs, builders, and creatives who follow both their heart and their logic. While his journey is still unfolding, he’s constantly moving: training at the gym, expanding his network, testing ideas, and learning fast. He’s known for his sharp thinking, mindset-first approach, and the spark he brings to anything he commits to.

Currently, Norman is building out this site as a digital basecamp for his ideas and projects. Within two years, his goal is clear: be in a place where he’s learning deeply, earning actively, and saying “no” to everything that doesn’t align with his mission.

If there’s one thing to remember about Norman, it’s this:
He’s here to connect.

Whether through ideas, collaboration, or shared values — he’s always open to conversations that move things forward.
